To be completed in multiple phases, three 12,000 s.f. state of the art corporate aircraft hangars with an attached two story 2,600 s.f. office/admin and sales office. This project required relocating easements, demolition of an existing hangar, hazardous materials abatement, remediation for existing underground fuel tank contamination, common use agreements with other neighboring tenants and upgrading of all site utilities and infrastructure which were all completed by the Johnson Architectural Group on one of the tightest budgets for an aviation project in its class. JAG also successfully negotiated a new long term lease for the client with the city of Hayward as well as assisted in the contractor selection process.
